Global Treasury Solutions Analyst Program

Our Business

A division of Global Banking and Markets (GBAM), the Global Treasury Solutions team provides integrated treasury, liquidity & debt solutions to Global Corporate, Commercial and Financial Institutions. As a core member of the client team the Product Delivery Team partners closely with groups across Banking including; Product Management, Ecommerce, Card, and Debt Product Delivery teams to deliver integrated solutions to our client.


Program Analysts complete 2 rotations to provide broad exposure and understanding of key functional areas. Rotations provide exposure to Product Management, Product Sales, Strategic Solutions Delivery, and Sales, with intensive focus on how to best deliver innovative solutions to our clients. As a member of the Analyst Program, you will have exposure to members of the leadership team and the opportunity to interact with our clients. Rotations are completed in the same city.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of supportive functions including but not limited to responding to request for proposals, developing pricing strategies and creating client presentations
  • Support key sales plays or strategic areas of focus
  • Participate on treasury management client sales calls with Fortune 500 companies
  • Assist in relationship planning, gathering information regarding prospects and updating plan as needed
  • Utilize the bank's extensive platforms and tools on a daily basis to help support clients
  • Assist product management team with new product development and current product enhancements
  • Contribute to the long term competitive strategy and review product development plans
  • Provide detailed executive communication internally and externally
  • Work with international business partners on global bank initiatives


Candidates must demonstrate a strong combination of academic aptitude, quantitative skills, teamwork, and initiative. Some common driving characteristics we look for:

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance or Business Administration with a minimum of two accounting courses preferred
  • Leadership, initiative and resourcefulness
  • Strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity
  • Teamwork orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
  • Dedication to building a career in financial services
  • Progress towards completion of bachelors degree in December 2013 - June 2014 with superior academic achievement
  • 3.0 minimum GPA


Virtual, web-based and instructor-led learning solutions are used to supplement the experiential development that occurs on-the-job. Throughout the program, analysts are provided a support network, which consists of the program manager, rotation managers and mentors.

Positions are available in major markets across the Bank of America footprint. Line-of-business and location assignment is based on business need and candidate interest. Geographic flexibility is required at the end of the program in an effort to fill business-critical roles.
