The Bank of America Emerging Women’s Program is a one day program for freshmen and sophomore women interested in learning about career opportunities across our businesses. 


It provides a unique opportunity to meet business professionals first hand, learn about the financial services industry and start preparing for the recruiting and interview season. Students of all majors are encouraged to apply and learn more about our exciting industry.


Hosted by our business professionals, the program will let you: 

  • Meet with senior leaders and industry experts
  • Learn about the unique culture and history of Bank of America
  • Attend skills workshops and participate in business case studies
  • Hear from recruiters about the recruiting process works at Bank of America
