What you'll do

The Finance Management Analyst Program (FMAP) is a two-year program that focuses on financial and management accounting, corporate finance, and internal treasury functions within Bank of America. The FMAP program provides analysts with the opportunity to move through two rotational assignments within the Chief Financial Officer’s organization partnering with different business functions and working in the following areas of finance – including Global Banking and Markets, Global Wealth and Investment Management, Consumer, Treasury, Infrastructure, Global Financial Controls, and Strategic Finance. This rotational process helps analysts develop a solid knowledge base of the functional areas of the CFO group and a broad range of skills.

This internship will present opportunities for the practical application of skills learned in Corporate Finance and Accounting coursework. Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Information Systems, or a Masters of Accounting degree.

The FMAP Program has a robust learning curriculum focused on technical training, business acumen and behavioral courses, helping you develop analytical, technical, and leadership skills. The curriculum offers a blend of classroom and web-based training, which complements the hands-on experience that the analysts develop in their rotational assignments.
