What you'll do

The Global Procurement (GP) Analyst Program is a two year program with two leadership development rotations.


At Bank of America, GP is responsible for the policies, processes, programs, and tools to engage and manage a third party which includes category management, procurement, sourcing, process and design, testing, and operations.


This program will provide analysts exposure and responsibilities that will give them the opportunity to:

  • Develop global category strategies to support business objectives
  • Participate in a program to develop relationship with procurement manager and various professional development opportunities
  • Identify and execute opportunities for business process and design
  • Build relationships with vendors and aid with procuring items, contracts, negotiations, and facilitating stakeholder conversations
  • Facilitate the selection of companies to provide products and services based on optimum mix of price, quality products and services offered
  • Drive results through completing end-to-end process of vendor deliverables to associated lines of business
