Four Bank of America professionals named to Business Insider' Rising Stars on Wall Street age 35 and under

At Bank of America, we understand that investing the time to develop young talent is the best way to keep our business moving forward. We recognize that working with passionate young people is the most effective way to gain a fresh, innovative perspective.

“At Bank of America, you’ll find that people are really willing to help you and really develop your skills, because it makes you a more valuable asset and able to do your job more effectively.” Sam Smillie, EMEA Technology Analyst

Therefore, it comes as no surprise that four Bank of America professionals were recently featured in Business Insider’s list of the Rising Stars on Wall Street age 35 and under: Pranay Oberoi, aged 29; Glenn Silverstein, aged 30; Kelly Wang, aged 30; and James Griffiths, aged 33.

Oberoi is a director at Bank of America in global equities distribution and spent time in India working in M&A before he moved to New York in 2010.

Silverstein joined Bank of America in 2013 and is a vice president who focuses on leading high-growth healthcare companies. He is part of a healthcare team that works with biotech firms and gene therapy firms.

Wang, a VP of rates and currencies at Bank of America, studied financial engineering at Carnegie Mellon. Originally from Shanghai, she partners with multinational corporate clients to offer foreign-exchange and interest-rate risk-management solutions.

Griffiths works with some of Bank of America's largest clients and advises on M&A as well as helping raise debt and equity financing. After being hired by the bank in 2010 he transitioned to the investment banking group in 2013.

Although each Bank of America professional on Business Insider’s list has a varying background and experience level, they have distinguished themselves from their peers and have proven to be invaluable assets.  We commend their personal achievements and look forward to their bright futures!
