When I had my internship here at Bank of America, it was such a wonderful experience. I had great supportive managers, peer coaches and the rest of the HR team they were just extremely supportive and willing to help. They gave me great projects and then ultimately really, really led me to believe that Bank of America is a place that I can work.

 

Bank of America is a very fast-paced environment and also a very collaborative environment. We have a lot of intelligent, hard-working employees here at the bank and they're always willing to share their knowledge and also be willing to hear out your opinion and your knowledge as well. The biggest thing in human resources is to really engage and retain our top talent. There is no day that is exactly the same. We do employer relations, performance management, work with the analysts and associates for the campus program and work on them with compensation and year-end compensation specifically. 

 

Well, right now I'm supporting the fixed income trading business and we do have a a global HR team, so we have HR managers that are in London and also in Hong Kong. There are so many individuals in each line of business, being sure that they are able to get compensated adequately, being able to be identified as top talent and making sure we have all the individuals that are adequately represented and able to succeed in their role here.

 

Bank of America is very committed to diversity and inclusion. We are always looking for top talent and ways to recruit candidates. We're really looking to develop them, retain them, and make them grow so that way they are ready and in the pipeline to become senior talent one day. So I do feel that this organization is a great place if you are looking for people that love to work in a fast-paced environment, want to be extremely collaborative and are looking for hard-working individuals to partner with them each and every day.
