What do you enjoy most about your job?

The aspect of my job that I enjoy the most is the opportunity to witness important and defining strategic decisions made by our clients, such as an IPO or a merger. Being able to contribute to the process of supporting and leading to these decisions is particularly rewarding. I enjoy working every day in a culture which encourages the sharing of knowledge and experience, which leads to valuable opportunities to constantly develop my professional profile.

How does the bank support your development?

I have benefitted from the Bank’s development efforts in numerous ways including the formal training program when I first started, the monthly “Lunch & Learn” sessions and soaking up the wealth of information that is available through the various Bank of America Merrill Lynch portals. I would say that the most important support to my professional development has come from my time spent learning from the numerous VPs, Directors, and MDs I work with, all of whom have taken an interest in my development throughout the years.

What is your biggest accomplishment or achievement at Bank of America Merrill Lynch?

My biggest accomplishment at Bank of America Merrill Lynch is having been part of the deal team working with Ferrari. As an Italian national and car enthusiast I am particularly proud to have been part of the team advising one of Italy’s most recognized companies listing in the United States. It was exciting to see its listing on the NYSE and the subsequent spin-off from Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.

Do you work in a global team?

I work in a truly global team. In my office in London I’m constantly sharing ideas, questions and advice with colleagues coming from all over the world. The global nature of our clients’ businesses results in daily interactions with colleagues in different Bank of America Merrill Lynch offices around the globe, working as a global team to best serve our clients.
