
What persuaded you to work for Bank of America?
I interned here in my penultimate year of university and I found that there was a lot to learn from the team. I felt it was an environment that I could grow and develop in, and that made me want to work for Bank of America.
How does the bank support your development?
There is a supportive culture toward learning and development, and managers take into account your concerns and personal goals toward developing your career. There are also many self-learning platforms that allow us to be able to learn new content in our own time.

What are the most rewarding aspects of your job?
Our focus is on building our business sustainably and responsibly, and I find it rewarding when we are able to deliver a solution to help the client with all their treasury banking needs, by partnering with all our internal stakeholders. I feel proud to be working here when clients trust in our team and bank’s capabilities.
What advice would you give to students?
Do not be afraid or hesitant to try something new. The role might not be one that you’d ever envisioned yourself in but there is always something new to learn in every role.
