
What persuaded you to work for Bank of America/Bank of America Merrill Lynch?
There are a multitude of reasons that influenced my decision to work for this company but one of the main ones is their positive influence on the community. I was and still am thoroughly impressed by the amount of hours volunteered and money donated to charities and different organizations.
What skills are important for your specific role?
Time management is very important for any manager. Being able to take control and manage your day helps keep your stress level down and helps you lead a more effective team.
How do you describe the culture at the bank?
The bank fosters a positive culture that encourages giving back to the employees and giving back to the community. The bank does a good job of recognizing employees for going above and beyond. They also encourage a solid work-life balance which I think is very important.

What do you enjoy doing in your personal time?
My family is very important to me and I spent a lot of my personal time with them. I live in Arizona so during the time of the year when the weather is tolerable I enjoy hiking and exploring the beautiful trails that this states has to offer.

What advice would you give to students?
Stay positive. Every day is a new day so try to make each day a little bit better than the last. Set solid and obtainable goals and find partners that help you reach those goals. You never know who you’re going to run into so make sure you are building your best brand with every encounter, whether it be on the phone, in the break room, or in the field.
