What persuaded you to work for Bank of America?
The global presence and extensive client base of the bank allows me to work with colleagues across the world and deliver beyond distance. From a career development perspective, Bank of America is definitely one of the top players in equity capital markets. Therefore, I believed I could learn a lot from the experienced professionals here.
How would you describe your job to a friend?
My job is challenging and rewarding. There is always something new, unpredictable, and exciting coming in. Every deal is different and unique, and I learn something new every day.
How do you describe the culture at the bank?

Do you work in a global team?
Absolutely! Equity capital markets is a global team which has a lot of cross-selling opportunities across regions and products. Based in Hong Kong, I have worked with teams in all 12 markets within Asia, as well as colleagues in Europe and the United States. Bank of America is incredibly international and ideas from different perspectives are always considered.
What advice would you give to students?
Focus on the present and trust the process. I believe success is built on confidence, hard work, and consistency.
