How would you describe your job to a friend?

My team provides a broad range of assistance to the Financial Service Advisors in the field located at various Bank of America branches across the nation. We answer everything from getting started with an account opening, funding, maintenance, and just about everything else in between.

What skills are important for a MBP&O Manager?

Excel, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

How do you describe the culture at the bank?

Diverse.

Never stop learning and growing.

What do you enjoy doing in your personal time?

Camping, scuba diving, boating, reading, and off-roading at every opportunity.

What are the most rewarding aspects of your job?

Seeing someone who has demonstrated hard work and initiative get the promotion they’ve been working so hard to obtain.

What advice would you give to students?

Never stop learning and growing. Get to know as many people as possible because you never know what opportunity might be casually mentioned in a passing conversation or what skills may help you achieve your dream role.
