What persuaded you to work for Bank of America?

I had a great experience during my summer internship with Bank of America. Everyone on my team was supportive and encouraging. Even though I was an intern, people treated me like a full time analyst and valued my ideas and opinions. I just knew that I wanted to be part of the team.

What I enjoy the most about my job is that I get to work with various product partners including but not limited to GTS, FICC and the capital markets team. Working with different teams from different countries helps me understand various banking products and broaden my horizons within the finance industry.

What advice would you give to students?

Don’t limit yourself in one particular industry. Explore and experience various fields to find your fit. Once you are sure, be proactive and take advantage of networking and the bank’s internship programs. This will allow you to have a better understanding and hands-on work experience.
