My manager is absolutely great, she’s also like my mentor as well and it’s always good to have that.  People who are always willing to teach you but then also willing to empower you. So even though they are teaching me and supporting me, they don’t coddle me.


We look at students who have a lot of passion. Because we think that those people bring a lot of strength to the organization. The thing that stands out the most to me is all of the employee networks offered and all of the diversity and inclusion efforts that go on, especially with women.


A lot of times I work with people from other lines of businesses even for other MDs or when it comes to other analysts and associates, in the firm, they are all very willing to share with you their working experience.


 If I can find intelligent, enthusiastic, optimistic people who want to come in every day with a smile on their face and a 'we can do it' attitude, then that is really what I’m looking for.
